How it works: |

The profile is placed against the zero line of the machine bed. |
|

The drill head moves rapidly on a carriage and detects the profile to find the zero position. |

It is then ready to drill the pre-programmed hole sequence. |

Each time a hole is drilled the profile is clamped by an hydraulic clamp. |

The drill moves in X-Y-Z axes. |
|
| • |
When both sides of a beam need to be drilled the beam must be turned manually. |
